I have a feeling, this may be the craziest year of school we've ever had. Why is that? 1. Weston is in Second grade at Westmore elementary. Okay, not a big deal ...BUT 2. Hyrum is in 5th grade at Cherry Hill. Notice that's not the same school as Weston? Not only that, but Hyrum is now in the ALL program (Advanced Learning Lab) which means more learning, more field trips, more great experiences...and more homework. Like, LOTS more homework. On top of that.. 3. Afton is starting a dance class- not a big pressure, just another time commitment, right? PLUS 4.I am having a baby. Not at the end of the school year, not even during Christmas break like Weston. Nope, October 5th, just as the semester starts to get busy. 5. Zach leaves for school everyday BEFORE the kids go and gets home after they do EVERY day. Does anyone understand why my fears of getting the kids to school WITH lunches ON time, homework signed off EVERY single day might be a little unsettling? Yikes. I'm just glad for a neighbor who will pick Hyrum up every morning and a Mom who will come stay with me for a week until I'm up to doing it all after the baby comes... Anyway, here's the pics:
