When Wedding Bells rang- Part one

One day, not so long ago, we were at Millie Finlinson's baby blessing and Uncle Robby came walking up with a new girl in hand.   Who was this surprise person?  Her name was Lauren Reilly... but not for long.  Pretty soon there was an engagement, showers, wedding plans made, dresses found and the Wedding of the Decade Actually happened (I can say that because Kristi/DJ and Zach/I were married 11 years ago:).
To start off the festivities, on Thursday June 27th, Kristi and I drove up to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple to be there as Lauren received her endowments. That was awesome and it was fun to get to know her family better.
Then, on Friday, we had a giant BBQ for all the friends and family, ward members, old roommates alike.  Mom did a awesome job with decorations and salads, cookies and making sure there was PLENTY of food for all.  The only problem was the weather being hot- like record breaking 105 degrees, seriously.  Luckily, there was a little river nearby to cool our feet in and the clouds blew in after a bit to cool it down a couple degrees- like to 95, maybe. But still.
It took me a while to get a good shot of Robby and Lauren together as they were busy chatting up the guests, BUT, aren't they cute? Yes.
A ton of the family made the long trek up to Salt Lake's Sugarhouse park and even Wendy made a few appearances!  I told her I'd make a Wendy on a stick and bring her to all important functions. This definitely qualified so Wendy came.

Just some weird kids I found there...
