Time for a Change:

So, I'm kind of embarrassed to post this picture because it makes my hair look nasty. I promise it didn't always look like this- just when it air dried.

Here, this one is a little better:

BUT, it was SO long and I loved my long hair... Until it started falling out and breaking off and just being gross. So, I decided to do something I've never done before...

I chopped it off! I did the required 10 inches for Locks of Love, just to make it more important. Still, I haven't had my hair this short since middle school, I believe. It had to be even shorter than originally planned because when she trimmed it up, it did this:

I have this nice little curly layer ONLY in the back of my head which made it funky and required more layers to make it sit normal.

I haven't been sad yet, but I'm afraid that when I go to fix my hair, I will realize there are no more braids, buns, long flowing locks...
