Food School continued...

So, I know you've all been wondering WHAT has Weston been doing for Food School? Don't worry, I know the answer: When last we spoke of it, we had just finished D for Donut day. Since then, we have had

E for Egg

F for Fruit Roll-up (yes, I let Weston pick his foods!)

G for Ginger

H for Hamburger

I for Ice cream, of course

J for Jello

K for Kiwi fruit

L for Lemon

M for Mango

N for Nachos

O for Oranges
P for Popcorn

Q for Quik

R for Roll (namely cinnamon)

S for Shake

T for T-party with Tangelos and Turkey Tortilla rolls

and U- what food begins with U? We had to go on-line to see what we could find because not even Better Homes and Garden's cookbook had any ideas for us. What did we find?

Upside Down Cake!

Weston doesn't like coconut and pineapple so we went for a Caramel apple upside down cake. Here's the pics:
