Eat your Heart Out!

Zach is a lucky man that gets to teach a class on Monday nights (It's even at BYU- Lame, I know) Most of the time we just deal with it but having Valentine's day on a Monday is even more lame. SO, Zach made us our own romantic dinner on Saturday night (just more proof that we know how to stretch the holidays out as LOOONG as we can!). I set the table, got the kids ready for bed ( they played games downstairs) broke out the candles...
and Zach created a masterpiece!

That's a homemade burgundy wine red sauce, breaded chicken, corn, basalmic vinager and crusty artisan bread. Don't you wish you could taste it!
Sadly, I didn't get a picture of the Bananas Foster he made for dessert- but it was beautiful and tasty too. Lucky me!

Awesome! Tyson made me homemade Cafe Rio yesterday for my birthday. It was delicious! But I must say, I'm proud of your hubby for making such a delectable dish!

Hi!

It's fun to see your cute family! I can't believe Afton is so big already. Time does fly. Charlotte will be starting nursery in just a couple of months! Isn't it a blast to have a girl?! I hope you are well. I like your hair :).
