The Day that Wendy Graduated

I just realized, I have been to Rexburg Idaho 3 times for various occasions and Zach has never once been with me. Huh.

This was one of those occasions: Wendy's final graduation from BYU-I!  Mom and Dad brought Cindy and Lexi and picked up Afton, Weston and me and Off we went!

Afton was super excited to be with 'Leki'. She is by far a favorite with Afton!

We reached BYU-I just in time to find Wendy and make it to her graduation ceremonies.

While waiting for the Convocation, we did a little shopping in the Bookstore. It took a good 20 minutes to convince Afton these shoes weren't her size...

Congratulations Wendy!  You did good! Now she's off to Arizona to teach elementary school.

The next day, Dad surprised us with a little stop at Bear World- it really is a World of Bears!  There were bears swimming and sleeping and walking about, playing with each other, crossing the roads... There were even a couple wolves!

Maybe the best part of 'bear' world is the petting zoo- feeding  goats,  chickens, geese and deer.

Even tiny baby deer- only a week and a half old!

And Pa bought the kids each their own bears to take home. Weston's is Cocoa, Afton's is Vanilla or "Nilla" as she says.

Thanks for the trip Pa!  It was great!
