Oh, Christmas time!

It was so exciting to have my own house to do Christmas in this year! Here is our little Christmas tree and our beautiful presents... So fun!

One of our Christmas traditions is to go to my Grandma Norviel's house to make Christmas cookies! I wish I took a picture of the final result because it is always pretty impressive. We end up with at least 7 different kinds of cookies and candies and dipped chocolate treats... Perfect for handing out to people!

These are the Christmas kids at Grandma's house- after making cookies, we went to the Heritage Nursing home and handed out presents and sang We Wish You a Merry Christmas- a great Christmasy thing to do!

So I have video of Christmas morning but this is the only picture- I lost my sons in the wrapping paper and ended up with a Power Ranger with a Buzz Lightyear and an Iron Man with a scooter...

The week after Christmas is always a party too because my family comes up from New Mexico and we play and eat and shop and eat some more... I feel like all I did all week was Eat! We ate well, though! We did go sledding, I went to zumba with Wendy and Cindy, took Cindy to Young Women's with me, played lots of games, attended my cousin's wedding reception, sang around the piano, and laughed a lot of course!

My mom's birthday was this week, too, so we celebrated that at the new Pizza Pie Cafe with my family, Kris and DJ, Robby, and Grammie and Grandpa. Here are the two toothless wonders and Weston. :)

Our favorite Maama and the grand-boys!

And a little wierdness from Wendy and Weston... at least Cindy looks normal!
Uncle Robby came with us to this lunch but missed out on the others- he's working over time before he takes off for adventures (and interships) in Brazil in two weeks.
I love having these party weeks and being able to spend so much time with all my favorite people! I'm also ready for a nap at the end of the week... :) I'm really NOT ready to send my boys back to school, though. I love having Zach and Hyrum home to play and NOT rush around all the time. When is summer vacation now?...
Hope you all had fabulous vacations!
